Orientation Day

DAV Sahibabad organized an Orientation Programme for the parents of newly admitted children from Nursery (Balvatika-1) to Class II on 7th March 2026, with the aim of familiarizing them with the school’s philosophy, values, and functioning.

The program began on a spiritual note with the parents participating in a Hawan, seeking divine blessings for the children’s bright and successful academic journey. The sacred atmosphere filled the venue with positivity and devotion.

The programme continued with the address by the Principal, Ms. Monika Mehan, who warmly welcomed the parents to the DAV family. She shared valuable insights about the rich legacy of the school and highlighted the 41 glorious years of excellence achieved by the institution. She also emphasized the core values of discipline, devotion, and dedication, which form the foundation of DAV education. The Principal assured the parents that the school remains committed to nurturing every child and guiding them towards holistic development and excellence.

The parents were then provided with detailed information about the school, including its curriculum, activities, facilities, and the various opportunities offered to ensure the overall growth of students. The session helped parents gain a clear understanding of the school’s approach to blending modern education with strong moral and cultural values.

The programme concluded on a joyful note with the presentation of a special gift hamper designed for every child, as a token of love and a warm welcome to the new academic journey. The orientation program proved to be an informative and meaningful interaction between the school and the parents, strengthening their partnership in shaping the future of young learners.
