Janmashtami Celebrations

The Nursery wing celebrated the festival of Janmashtami on 23rd  August 2024 and the  highlight of this year's Janmashtami celebration was the exquisite Krishna-Leela Jhanki, depicting various scenes from Lord Krishna's life. The Jhanki creatively portrayed different aspects of Krishna's story, such as His birth, life in Nand Gaon, the defeat of Kaliya Naag, the lifting of Govardhan Parvat, life in Gaushala, the friendship between Krishna and Sudama, and the enchanting Raas Leela. The kids were key supporters in bringing this Jhanki-themed celebration to life with the various toys they brought that were central in decorating the different scenes in the Jhanki. This was also a testimony of active parent participation and engagement in school activities.

The entire Nursery Wing was a visual delight as children of Nursery, LKG & UKG dressed up as little Krishnas and Radhas. The young ones joyfully danced and participated in the Raas Leela, adding to the celebration's vibrancy.

The objective of these activities was to instill in children an appreciation for our traditions and festivals. Additionally, it highlighted the role of toys in enhancing learning experiences for young minds.
