International Family Day
Mass Activity: Family Trail and Tales
Class- III and IV Date: 16th May
Family Day is a special occasion that celebrates the importance of family bonds and unity. To mark this day, a storytelling event using puppets was organized in upper primary wing (III-IV). Students enthusiastically took part in the activity. A variety of puppets, each with its unique personality and charm, brought the stories to life.
Through the stories, important family values such as kindness, cooperation, and understanding were subtly reinforced. The puppets served as relatable role models, demonstrating positive behaviors and teaching valuable life lessons in a fun and engaging manner.
The primary objective of International Family Day activity is to celebrate and promote the importance of families in students.
Storytelling through puppets proved to be a delightful and meaningful way to celebrate Family Day. It provided a platform for students to come together, share experiences, and reinforce important values. Through laughter, learning, and love, the event created lasting memories.
