MERI MATI MERA DESH

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of India' s Independence under the flagship program,' Azaadi Ka Amritmahotsav', CBSE has launched a nationwide campaign,'Meri Mati Mera Desh campaign' with an aim to promote patriotism among students, raise awareness about the country's history and culture, and encourage them to protect the environment.

To mark the celebration, DAV Public School Sahibabad conducted various activities spreading over a week like-

Soil collection  where students have been encouraged to collect soil from their native place and brought it to school for Amrit Vatika.

Environmental awareness programs were organised in which students participated  in tree planting, plant conservation, Cleaning of surroundings and water conservation initiatives  started by school
