Janmashtami celebration

August 23rd was observed as No Bag day on account of the celebration of Janmashtami festival.

The main significance of Janmashtami is to encourage goodwill. This festival celebrated together. The holy occasion brings people together, thus it signifies unity and faith.

To celebrate this festival kids of grade I and II came in traditional colourful traditional attires.

Day began with chanting of shlokas, bhajans and songs based on Krishna bhakti. After that story narration session was taken up followed by making various things related to this festival .

Scintillating dance performances were presented by the kids and everyone enjoyed playing dandiya raas .

The marvelous performance delivered by the children enthralled the audience.

Various fun games were played by the students like pitthu, balancing the pots etc.
