On 17 May 2024 lower middle wing, DAV Sahibabad organized an assembly on the topic ‘scientists and their inventions’. Assembly was conducted to generate awareness about the integral role played by science in our day-to-day lives and make students realize how relentless pursuit of knowledge by scientists has propelled humanity forward in ways that were once unimaginable. To kindle passion for scientific exploration among students Various interrelated activities like scientific thought, terms related with science , role play about inventions and endeavors of various scientists were presented by students. In role play students showcase the great inventions and struggles of great scientists like Newton, Madam Curie etc Role play motivated students not only to become more interested in science, but even to do better in exams by relating how great scientists faced challenges and persevered. for hard-work and determination so as to achieve their goal in life.
