Celebration of Nav Samvatsar 

The Nursery Wing of DAV Public School, Sahibabad joyously celebrated Nav Samvatsar 2082, marking the beginning of the Hindu Nav Varsh, from April 1st to April 4th, 2025, with great enthusiasm and cultural fervor. The week-long celebration aimed to instill cultural values and a deep sense of tradition among the young learners through a variety of engaging and meaningful activities.

The festivities began with a Maha Yagya, where the tiny tots of the Nursery Wing, along with their teachers, participated with great reverence and devotion. The sacred chants and the divine atmosphere filled the school with positivity and peace.

To add an element of storytelling and moral learning, a Kahani Vachan session was conducted. Children listened with fascination as captivating mythological tales were narrated, enriching their understanding of Indian culture and values.

Adding a creative and entertaining touch, a delightful Puppet Show on Ram Katha was organized, bringing mythological stories to life in a way that was both educational and enjoyable for the little ones.

Another exciting highlight of the week was Toran Making, where children enthusiastically crafted beautiful torans using mango and Ashoka leaves to adorn their classrooms, embracing tradition with joy and creativity.

The entire celebration of Nav Samvatsar was a perfect blend of learning, culture, and fun. It provided the young learners with a deeper connection to their heritage while actively engaging them in vibrant and meaningful experiences.
