Gandhi Jayanti Celebration 

To celebrate the birth anniversary of our father of the nation- Mahatma Gandhi, DAV Upper Primary wing, organized Roleplay and storytelling activities for class 3&4 students on 1.10.21, Friday. The aim of these activities was to make young students aware of Gandhiji’s principles and his contributions to India’s freedom. Children shared different anecdotes from Gandhiji’s life. By means of these anecdotes’ students got an insight into the life and time of Mahatma Gandhi. It also helped students to understand the ideology and concept of honesty, truth, non-violence, and love for humanity. All the participants performed exceptionally well and it was really a feast for eyes and ears. Inspired by Gandhian values and thoughts, all students of the school vowed to become better citizens. The day ended with a positive impact on students.
